Excellent instructions with the prewired kit. Ran into a couple of problems and was able to call on Saturday night as well as Sunday to get help. Have never seen such excellent customer service EVER. I ordered a Srt5500 with in a week of my order Travis emailed me saying they were out of stock. After talking to him on the phone I ended up ordering the AutoStart 3472. Best thing I ever did. I love this remote start, it has everything I wanted. I even called Travis when installing it and told him his directions were dead on. Every wire, every location was in the pictures. Thanks again Travis. I tell everyone about your web site if they are looking for anything.
