I heard about KC Autosound from one of the online Ford forums when I was looking for a remote starter for my 99 F150. They talked up his excellent support so I decided to look into it myself. I purchased the CA-520 remote starter for my truck and Travis sent it pre-wired and with exact instructions specifically for my truck. He also picked up the phone immediately when I called him with a few questions regarding the install. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Hello- I own an tire/wheel/accessory shop in Howard Lake, MN. I found KC Autosound on the internet when I was looking for help with an 2005 Superduty remote start I had installed. I called and described my symptoms to Travis over the phone and he walked me through it in minutes. I had previously spent 2 hours on the phone on the Ford remote start help line, and they couldn't figure it out. Kudos to you, Travis. Also, I then purchased my next remote start from Travis. It was a CA 530. It is a great system. Travis was there to answer my questions (even after hours). I had it installed and running in about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks Travis. It is nice to deal with pros! All I have to say is thanks to Travis. I heard of him from the f150online.com forums and he has been very helpful with getting me a ca-670 alarm with the Ford Transponder Bypass Module. He was great at first contact in explaining the features, so I ordered on a thursday and got in on a monday. With his directions I got it was easily installed in a few hrs. Then I ran into a couple of questions about the remote start and Travis was reachable by his cell and spent 20 more mins to guide me through and setup the start. Everything is much appreciated and will do business and refer to other friends. Thanks again!
