Well I have been going around and around for a while about getting a remote start for my truck and my wife's truck. I have read numerous threads about Travis and KCAutosound over on F150online. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to give Travis a call and to see what would be a good fit for my needs. Talking with Travis was a pleasure and he answered all of my questions and then some. Well I finally decided on the CA-670 with the ford prewire(excelent option). After I ordered them Travis shipped them the next day. Now I decided to install mine first to work all the kinks out and I am just glad that Travis was a phone call away when I ran into some install problems(self induced). The install went very smoothly all the way up to the initial program and starting before the PATS module was installed. I noticed that my dome light didnt work when switched on and after the PATS module installed the truck would not start at all. Well after several phone calls with Travis we finally figured out the starting issue which was my fault for using a not recommended wire stripper which pulled the wire out of the PATS ring connector. So after I fixed that the truck worked great. The dome light issue was well put it this way, was a $50 dollar mistake on my part because I didnt pay attention to the colors for the dome light and parking lights. so now that I have a new switch installed the system is working great. I did at one point have trouble with the remote start not keeping the truck running in the tachless mode, after a couple of calls to Travis we decide to run a sense wire to the fuel injectors and that fixed that issue. Later on that night Travis called me to see if everything was ok, now that is customer service. I will definetly do busness here when I decide to upgrade my stereo. Now I installed my wifes system yesterday and I have to say that it went together flawlessly no hickups at all. The pre-wire and install instructions from Travis are top notch. If anyone is thinking about getting a system from Travis I say do it, he really cares about the customer. Thanks Travis Jack 04 F150 and 05 F150

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry #364. One for my 2007 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and my wife's 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I also purchased the DB Drive PT5.2 Platinum Series 5.25" Component Speaker System #103 for my SuperCrew. The order took long to come in but Travis kept me updated with the order so I did not mind the wait. I have yet to install the alarm system on the Mountaineer but I did install the system on my SuperCrew. It took me long to install because I was real nervous after seeing all the wires. I have never installed anything that consisted of tapping into the existing wires before. So for me to install the alarm was a great accomplishment. Travis's instruction/pictures were perfect and easy to follow. The best part was that Travis was a phone call away when I needed him. I called him 4 or 5 times but most of the calls were to confirm that I was doing it right. He even stepped me through the programming. To sum it all up. CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE & HONESTY! I bought the JVC's KW-NX7000. This has it all. The navigation on this is excellent. I took a trip from Vermont to a friends in Michigan and it took me right to his door step without a hitch. I have my phone blue toothed to it and it works very well. I also hve my 160G Ipod Classic tied into it. This makes listening to music a hell of a lot easier. I have over 3500 songs at my finger tips and I don't have to drag out my cd's anymore. I also have some movies on my Ipod that look and sound awesome. The service that I received was excellent. Great price also, I wouldn't be gun shy about buying this one
