My wife bought me a CA670 for Christmas from KC AutoSound and I bought her a CA530 from another shop that also sells "pre-wired" kits. After installing kits from both shops I can say that KC AutoSound's is by far the better kit. The wires were all separated neatly and ready for the install, unlike the other, which was just a jumble of wires in the box. They were taped together, but not nearly as neatly as KC AutoSound’s kit. The directions from KC AutoSound were also well written and easy to understand. Customer support was also top notch. I had some install trouble with the unit I bought from the other shop and had to them several times asking for help, but got slow-to none customer support. I ended up calling KC AutoSound out of desperation and Travis always answered his phone or quickly returned my message. Although Travis did not sell me the unit he was more than helpful in getting it installed. Never complained about me not buying from him, never pointed out the other guy’s mistakes, just helped. I was sold on his shop after that. Price, customer support, and quality of product are all top on my list when I decide to do business over the Internet. I would rate KC AutoSounds top on all of them. I thought that the "other shop" was the only game in town for pre-wired kits, but was glad to see I was wrong. This might sound like a commercial, but after installing two similar kits from two shops I am sold on buying from KC AutoSound. I would recommend them to anyone. Dave Portland, Oregon

I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry...

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry #364. One for my 2007 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and my wife's 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I also purchased the DB Drive PT5.2 Platinum Series 5.25" Component Speaker System #103 for my SuperCrew. The order took long to come in but Travis kept me updated with the order so I did not mind the wait. I have yet to install the alarm system on the Mountaineer but I did install the system on my SuperCrew. It took me long to install because I was real nervous after seeing all the wires. I have never installed anything that consisted of tapping into the existing wires before. So for me to install the alarm was a great accomplishment. Travis's instruction/pictures were perfect and easy to follow. The best part was that Travis was a phone call away when I needed him. I called him 4 or 5 times but most of the calls were to confirm that I was doing it right. He even stepped me through the programming. To sum it all up. CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE & HONESTY!
