After doing some online research on remote start kits, I selected a CodeAlarm CA530 from KCAutosound. The kit is great, but it was the ease of installation and great support from Travis that made my decision a great one. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been to install a kit without his pre-wiring, custom instructions, and weekend phone support. Who has time to install during the week? Anyway, I highly recommend buying a custom kit from Travis. Thanks!

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry #364. One for my 2007 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and my wife's 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I also purchased the DB Drive PT5.2 Platinum Series 5.25" Component Speaker System #103 for my SuperCrew. The order took long to come in but Travis kept me updated with the order so I did not mind the wait. I have yet to install the alarm system on the Mountaineer but I did install the system on my SuperCrew. It took me long to install because I was real nervous after seeing all the wires. I have never installed anything that consisted of tapping into the existing wires before. So for me to install the alarm was a great accomplishment. Travis's instruction/pictures were perfect and easy to follow. The best part was that Travis was a phone call away when I needed him. I called him 4 or 5 times but most of the calls were to confirm that I was doing it right. He even stepped me through the programming. To sum it all up. CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE & HONESTY! After reading great things about Travis and his support on F150online, I decided to buy a remote starter. His step by step directions were so clear. If it were any easier, he would be there doing it for you. I ran into two minor questions and he was "on call" for me, on a Saturday none the less. I would recommend this fine place and Travis to anyone. I will be coming back here when I need or do anything else on vehicles.
