A friend told me about KCAutosound (Travis) and the installs they had done so I gave him a call. Travis talked with me for thirty minutes or so just listening to what I wanted. Then he gave me his suggestion. Which where right on the money. Travis Ordered my stuff on Monday and by Friday it sounded and felt like Tommy Lee was in the back seat and James Hetield was riding in my lap. It rocks. And I didnt go broke getting it done. Excellent instructions with the prewired kit. Ran into a couple of problems and was able to call on Saturday night as well as Sunday to get help. Have never seen such excellent customer service EVER. The overall experience was extraordinary!! Will buy ALL alarm products from here from now on. Thanks for all the individualized help. Lynn

I was looking for a remote starter for my 05 F150 Supercrew and I landed on Travis's site for KC Autosound. After reading the testimonials, I elected to buy a code alarm 530 and bypass module and paid the $25 to have it 'bench prepped'. I got the merchandise quickly and the special instructions specifically for my vehicle along with the fact that all unneeded wires were clipped back and tied off, helped a lot. Installation was a breeze, except I had trouble getting the key bypass to work. Travis was there every step of the way, sending me new parts as we tried to troubleshoot. In the end, we determined it was a faulty component from Code Alarm. Travis knows his stuff, can walk you through anything and everything and even with the difficulties that I experienced..
