I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system. I found Travis to be intelligent, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I bought the CA501 for my Ford F250 diesel with the intentions of doing it myself to save some money, and i got to tell you with Travis's simple directions it took me (with no knowledge of wiring and piss scarred) 4.5 hours and it was simple. I had to call him twice to ask him some questions and he answered both times,thats were it helps to make the decision of doing it yourself and saving the money.
