Hello-
I own an tire/wheel/accessory shop in Howard Lake, MN. I found KC Autosound on the internet when I was looking for help with an 2005 Superduty remote start I had installed. I called and described my symptoms to Travis over the phone and he walked me through it in minutes. I had previously spent 2 hours on the phone on the Ford remote start help line, and they couldn't figure it out. Kudos to you, Travis.
Also, I then purchased my next remote start from Travis. It was a CA 530. It is a great system. Travis was there to answer my questions (even after hours). I had it installed and running in about 1 1/2 hours.

After much delay on our part, we finally got the Code Alarm CA670 installed on our 2003 Super Crew. Ran into only "1" problem locating a wire, but Travis quickly stepped up to the plate and worked us right through that. Everything works just as it's suppose to. We also got a Kenwood KDC-MP535U CD REciever for this truck which is just awesome!! My 06 FX4 has had the same Code Alarm CA670 on it for several months now and I just love being able to call it up on the phone and remote start it. For this truck, I put the DB Drive 12 Subwoofer with DB Drive SPA 120.4 Amplifier, DB Drive SPR1 Bass Control, DB Drive SP55.2 5.25" Speakers and DB Drive Sp70.0 5x7" Coaxial Speaker along with the necessary extras. The system sound GREAT!!!

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry #364. One for my 2007 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and my wife's 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I also purchased the DB Drive PT5.2 Platinum Series 5.25" Component Speaker System #103 for my SuperCrew. The order took long to come in but Travis kept me updated with the order so I did not mind the wait. I have yet to install the alarm system on the Mountaineer but I did install the system on my SuperCrew. It took me long to install because I was real nervous after seeing all the wires. I have never installed anything that consisted of tapping into the existing wires before. So for me to install the alarm was a great accomplishment. Travis's instruction/pictures were perfect and easy to follow. The best part was that Travis was a phone call away when I needed him. I called him 4 or 5 times but most of the calls were to confirm that I was doing it right. He even stepped me through the programming.
To sum it all up. CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE & HONESTY! Travis is great and I will always contact him for any future needs.
