I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system. I found Travis to be intelligent, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. Travis is awesome. He sent me a wiring harness for my alarm to allow me to do the install. Answered all my questions while he was traveling out of town on his cell phone! Great Guy! I highly recommend....you can't go wrong with KC autosound.

I recently came across KCAutosound on the internet, and purchased the Code Alarm SRT-9000 prewired from Travis. The install instructions were very detailed and the pre wire made the install very easy, and when I ran into any problems Travis always picked up the phone even on the weekend and after hours. Travis has great customer support and I will continue to buy all my audio/alarm stuff from him. Thanks again Travis for all the help.
