I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

I bought the CA-550 with Remote Start and Pre-wired for my 2005 F-150. Talked about a breeze to install! I could not have done it without the detailed instructions Travis sent to me. Also, probably the best Tech Support out there! He answered his phone everytime i called! Did i mention he knows his stuff!!! Thanks Travis, I really Appreciate it!!!!

Purchased a ca530 for my 2004 f-150 and the installation instuctions couldn't have been better. The great service from Travis made the whole experience excellent!!!!!!!!! I would never try to install a remote starter without his prewiring and step by step (picture) instructions
