Recently installed my first alarm/remote start in my 2000 Expedition. The pre-wiring done by KC Autosound really helped out ALOT. Also provided were installation instructions tailored for my vehicle. Total install time was about 6 hours and the alarm works great. I called KCAutosound a few times for support on installation and programming, very helpful everytime. I definitely could not have done this without the pre-wiring. I have done alot of car audio installs, but alarms are definitely more involved and can be complicated. I had ordered an alarm from another place prior to this and returned it because it was just overwhelming and none of the wiring info they sent me accurate. Definitely recommend KCAutosound, and will do business with again.

Excellent instructions with the prewired kit. Ran into a couple of problems and was able to call on Saturday night as well as Sunday to get help. Have never seen such excellent customer service EVER. The overall experience was extraordinary!! Will buy ALL alarm products from here from now on. Thanks for all the individualized help. Lynn

I saw where Travis had helped a several people in the F150 Online forums so I contacted him about help with a remote starter. He got me hooked up with the part I needed and even took the time to respond to my questions about installation. I ordered the part I needed from his website and ran into no issues there either. I originally ordered the part from him just because I could tell he actually cared about my installation, but then I saw the part on other websites...for more! If you need something Travis carries, order it from him. You will not be sorry!
